A bold new name anchored in rich local history
Klief, a recovery hospital in Ostend, had just changed its name and needed a visual identity that could carry both its long history (est. in 1897) and its future ambition.
I created a bold new brand system that connected the hospital to Ostend and the North Sea through a logo, color palette and geometric forms inspired by the historic maritime alphabet.
The result is an identity that feels distinctive, future-ready and deeply rooted in place.
